Project Coordinator – 100% Remote, Canva, Copywriting & Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop campaign materials in Canva by utilizing pre-existing templates.

• Generate copy using templates and client details in collaboration with AI.

• Modify photos, logos, colors, and client requirements to align with corporate identity (CI/CD).

• Organize project content, including client photos, job postings, and supplementary information.

• Design and edit ads for Meta/Facebook/Instagram.

• Assist in the execution of online recruitment initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience and enthusiasm for working with Canva.

• Strong language abilities coupled with a passion for copywriting.

• Excellent proficiency in German spelling.

• Creative mindset and a keen eye for design.

• Openness to new ideas, software, and tools.

• Ability to think independently and execute tasks accurately and practically using common sense and AI.

• Capacity to manage urgent tasks and prioritize them effectively.

• Proficient computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office).

• Regularly report progress during internal online meetings.

• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or project management is not mandatory.

• A bonus, but not required: interest in or experience with content creation and social media, enthusiasm for recruiting, eagerness for video editing, and initial familiarity with Meta Ads.
