Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Receive and organize corporate materials supplied by headquarters

• Publish content across various social media platforms

• Configure and modify captions as needed

• Schedule and organize posts effectively

• Ensure accurate publication of content on the designated channels

• Repurpose appropriate content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile

• Monitor the publishing calendar to keep all channels updated

• Plan and create up to 8 original content pieces monthly for Instagram and LinkedIn

• Develop content that enhances and strengthens the brand's position

• Promote the services offered by the branch

• Aid in building relationships with companies and professionals

• Contribute to establishing RHF Talentos as a leader in the Human Resources sector

• Support the growth and engagement of social media platforms

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in social media management

• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile

• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and Canva

• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft captions

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Creativity in developing content

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Capability to work independently and maintain organization

• Ability to adhere to company calendars, guidelines, and communication standards

• Own a computer that is in excellent working condition

• Maintain a stable internet connection

• Ensure proper functioning of Microsoft Office

• Have access to and familiarity with Outlook

• Possess tools necessary for creating and managing digital content

• 1–3 years of professional experience required

• Higher education is an advantage
