• Create detailed organic social media strategies.

• 3–5 years of substantial hands-on experience in social media management, ideally within an agency setting.

• Strong strategic capabilities with a knack for identifying hooks and formats that succeed organically.

• Familiarity with viral trends and mechanics on TikTok and Instagram.

• Confident and professional presence alongside strong presentation abilities.

• Passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring team members.

• Alignment with the company’s values and culture.

• Fluent in German.

• Proficient in English.
