Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and implement social media strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives and target demographics.

• Produce and curate engaging text, image, and video content for various social media platforms.

• Oversee and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely distribution.

• Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions.

• Analyze social media metrics and performance data to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Research industry trends and new social media platforms.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, web designers, and the sales and marketing teams.

• Evaluate and report on digital marketing campaign performance in relation to ROI and KPIs.

• Manage the agency’s own social media accounts.

• Apply current digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools.

• Coordinate with the internal team to guarantee timely service delivery and client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience (intermediate level, aiming for senior position).

• Residing within Metro Manila.

• Proficient in social media strategy and content development.

• Experience in managing and scheduling social media posts.

• Skilled in monitoring audience engagement.

• Familiarity with analyzing social media data and performance metrics.

• Competence in using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and other data analysis software.

• Knowledgeable about digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools.

• Availability to work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT.
