Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Nebius's presence on X and oversee the strategy and daily implementation.

• Cultivate an engaged audience and enhance Nebius's influence within the AI community.

• Recognize emerging trends, industry discussions, and cultural moments for Nebius to participate in.

• Interact with prominent developers, researchers, founders, creators, and industry influencers.

• Generate original posts, threads, replies, and creative formats tailored for X.

• Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, design, and content teams on launches, technical achievements, customer narratives, and company milestones.

• Experiment with new formats, concepts, and strategies using data and feedback from the community.

• Keep an eye on the AI ecosystem, including model launches, infrastructure advancements, emerging voices, and industry discussions.

• Identify opportunities, formulate ideas, and execute independently using AI and other resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in managing social media for a brand, startup, or creator, with a strong emphasis on X.

• Genuine enthusiasm for X and active engagement on the platform.

• Strong creative intuition and exceptional writing abilities.

• Capability to capture interest, convey complex ideas simply, and adjust voice to varying discussions.

• Knowledge of the AI ecosystem.

• Ability to foster connections and comprehend how communities are formed and influence operates.

• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable transforming ideas from concept to execution independently.

• Proficient in using performance data, audience signals, and judgment to discern effective strategies and explore new growth avenues.

• Strong editorial insight.
