📋 Description

• Take charge of Crypto Banter's presence on X.

• Manage the primary X accounts on a daily basis, including posts, threads, replies, quote posts, and Spaces.

• Share live clips, insightful commentary, and timely threads.

• React swiftly to market news and trending topics while maintaining an on-brand voice.

• Expand and oversee the community by engaging in discussions, sparking debates, and collaborating with KOLs and influential users.

• Work with hosts, the video team, and Boost on launches, sponsored posts, and campaigns.

• Monitor impressions, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, optimizing strategies as needed.

• Partner with a leading researcher to produce exceptional X content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing X accounts for a crypto brand, project, exchange, or influencer, with quantifiable results.

• In-depth understanding of Crypto Twitter culture, memes, narratives, and influential voices.

• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, including trading, DeFi, memecoins, and market cycles.

• Ability to write quickly and engagingly, sounding like a person rather than a corporate entity.

• Good judgment regarding compliance, sponsored content disclosures, and avoidance of financial advice.

• Demonstrated history of enhancing engagement through replies and community management.

• Independent, proactive mindset with the capability to execute tasks promptly.

• Experience in hosting or producing X Spaces (preferred).

• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or a similar tool (preferred).

• Experience collaborating with KOLs or ambassadors (preferred).

• Familiarity with Telegram or Discord communities (preferred).
