This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, schedule, and distribute social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Support marketing campaigns, company initiatives, and events by assisting with social media content calendars.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect content, images, videos, and narratives.
• Work with creative agencies to create campaigns, graphics, videos, and digital assets.
• Partner with marketing to promote partner initiatives on social media channels.
• Investigate and suggest emerging platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Track social media performance, analyze metrics, and offer insights for quarterly partner reports.
• Review social media copy to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
• Address customer service issues or sensitive communications as needed.
• Increase channel followers.
• Utilize platform analytics and reporting tools to track performance.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly reports on engagement, reach, audience growth, and website traffic.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing content performance and audience interaction.
• Assist with both organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Promote webinars, events, product launches, and corporate initiatives.
• Ensure social media activities align with broader marketing objectives.
• Keep an eye on social media trends, emerging platforms, competitor actions, industry news, and best practices.
• Propose content ideas and opportunities for engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or a related area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Internship experience in marketing, communications, or social media is preferred.
• Experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting is preferred.
• Experience with content creation using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is preferred.
• Experience in creating and posting content on SharePoint is preferred.
