Social Media Recruiting Interviewer – Hourly

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Conduct structured telephone interviews with candidates interested in roles promoted through social recruiting initiatives.

• Record and document the information obtained during interviews.

• Relay the collected information, along with an initial evaluation, to local HR teams.

• Assist ETAVIS in recruiting the future leaders of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Swiss German.

• French and/or Italian language skills at C1 proficiency level.

• Excellent communication abilities and a sincere interest in inquiry.

• Adaptable and capable of establishing a quiet workspace in a location of your choosing.
