Social Media Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create various content types, including Reels, shorts, posts, hooks, thumbnails, and captions, primarily utilizing HexCoded for public posting.

• Oversee freelance video editors by drafting briefs, selecting reference materials, managing deadlines, and reviewing their submitted work.

• Foster and grow the Discord community by inviting and welcoming new members, initiating discussions, and addressing member needs.

• Compose and distribute marketing emails for signup, activation, retention, launches, and other purposes.

• Analyze ad performance and develop new sets of advertisements.

• Track metrics such as views, saves, Discord joins, replies, and signups to assess the effectiveness of content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a social media account, complete with links and actual performance metrics, including posts that did not succeed.

• Capability to articulate visual preferences and justify why one thumbnail or creative choice is more effective than another.

• Practical experience using AI tools to significantly reduce time spent on tasks, along with clear examples of projects completed.

• Openness to utilizing AI tools, including Claude Code; previous experience with Claude Code is not mandatory.

• Proficiency in writing concise and clear copy.

• Strong understanding of current internet and social media trends, formats, and their respective performance metrics.
