Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance content strategies, encompassing formats, topics, schedules, and testing methodologies.

• Create and disseminate content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and various other social media platforms.

• Manage and update production workflows and processes, from planning topics to publication.

• Establish and uphold visual standards.

• Generate static assets, videos, and other visual content formats.

• Monitor metrics, analyze outcomes, and produce performance reports.

• Observe trends, timely subjects, and pertinent discussions across social media channels.

• Organize, document, and outline strategies, standards, and processes for dependable, scalable content operations.

• Collaborate directly with the individual responsible for the personal brand and associated companies/projects in content creation and distribution.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience with social media platforms.

• Proficiency in design software (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Illustrator).

• Video editing experience is an advantage.

• Background in creating content for social media is a plus.

• Graphic design experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with audio and video recording is a plus.

• A degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Design, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant practical experience in content production.

• Junior-level or early-career profile.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, uphold high standards, and learn swiftly.
