Social Media & Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Developing the V1 social media strategy for Xeropan

• Identifying which audience to reach on which platforms and in what formats

• Taking ownership of the rhythm and quality of social communication

• Continuously monitoring company news, developments, achievements, and stories

• Generating content ideas and formats

• Planning content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn as needed

• Creating concepts and scripts for short videos

• Establishing a content calendar and publication rhythm

• Measuring results and continuously iterating communication

• Keeping up with social trends, new formats, and best practices

• Collaborating closely with the Head of Brand, the marketing team, and other Xeropan teams

• Supporting consistent brand communication for Xeropan's diverse audiences

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in planning and creating social media content

• Experience working on social communication for brands

• Strong understanding of how Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube function

• Comprehension of why the same message may not perform equally across all platforms

• Ability to think independently and take initiative

• Proactive in seeking out tasks without waiting for directions

• Naturally inclined to find communicable stories

• Enjoy building systems and taking ownership

• Capable of experimenting and iterating quickly

• Good sense of language and writing skills

• Proficient in English

• Enthusiastic about measuring results and learning from them

• Advantage: experience in teaching languages or a strong connection to language learning

• Advantage: experience with organic social growth

• Advantage: experience creating TikTok, Reels, or Shorts content

• Advantage: willingness to appear in videos

• Advantage: experience in influencer marketing

• Advantage: background in copywriting

• Advantage: experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
