📋 Description

• Create, curate, and oversee a well-structured Instagram content calendar.

• Enhance Instagram follower count and engagement with a focus on community impact.

• Produce, film, and edit captivating Reels that highlight NORY’s STEM initiatives.

• Optimize short-form videos for maximum reach, watch time, and viewer retention.

• Craft human-centric captions that connect NORY’s values with parental concerns.

• Translate technical curriculum themes into relatable weekly narratives.

• Design simple, brand-consistent static graphics and carousels.

• Monitor weekly engagement metrics, including saves, shares, and direct-message inquiries.

• Analyze performance data and refine the content strategy accordingly.

• Capture significant camp moments through video and imagery.

• Act as NORY’s primary brand storyteller for parents and educators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing and growing brand Instagram accounts, preferably within parenting, education, pediatric, or family-oriented sectors.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expert-level short-form video editing in Reels/TikTok formats, foundational graphic design skills, and engaging copywriting.

• Outstanding personable, engaging, and empathetic storytelling and communication abilities.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset well-suited for a dynamic startup environment.

• Capacity to accept constructive feedback and utilize data to inform decisions.

• Active management of Instagram handles or links to publicly accessible posts/Reels that you have personally shot and edited.

• Key performance metrics from previous social media accomplishments.
