Organic Social Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop and spearhead the company’s organic social media strategy in alignment with business goals.

• Oversee organic social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.

• Convert commercial objectives into captivating social content strategies and campaigns.

• Establish and manage a network of content creators, freelancers, and AI tools to efficiently produce high-quality content.

• Create scalable processes for identifying, testing, and expanding successful content formats.

• Track content performance and leverage analytics to continuously enhance the strategy.

• Ensure that content boosts brand awareness, audience engagement, and commercial results.

• Oversee or assist in video and image editing to uphold high content quality standards.

• Effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and content calendars.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful organic social media strategies.

• Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest algorithms, trends, and best practices.

• Capability to translate commercial goals into high-performing organic content.

• Excellent grasp of content hooks, storytelling, scripting, and audience engagement techniques.

• Experience in utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance content creation and workflows.

• Ability to create scalable systems and consistent content processes.

• Strong skills in video and image editing, or experience in managing external creative resources.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.

• Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Commercially astute with a proactive, hands-on approach.
