This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Review YouTube and long-form videos to pinpoint moments that are humorous, surprising, emotional, controversial, or highly shareable.

• Utilize AI transcription and review tools to efficiently highlight key moments.

• Edit these moments into concise clips suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.

• Incorporate captions, cuts, pacing adjustments, and light visual enhancements.

• Ensure a steady output of clips while maintaining quality standards.

• Oversee and manage the creator's clipping pages.

• Consistently post content according to a predefined schedule.

• Track basic performance metrics to assess what content is resonating.

• Engage with comments and community interactions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• This is a full-time, dedicated position.

• Strong instincts for identifying valuable moments in YouTube or long-form videos.

• Capable of efficiently watching and processing large volumes of video content.

• Comfortable using AI tools for transcription and content analysis.

• Basic skills in video editing.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.

• Ability to adhere to a regular posting schedule across various platforms.

• Quick and self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight on a daily basis.

• Submission of a portfolio link or examples of clips, short-form content, or managed pages is required.

• A brief Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining what makes a YouTube moment worth clipping is necessary.

• Both examples and the Loom video must be provided to progress in the hiring process.
