Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create a comprehensive cross-platform content strategy for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Organize, manage, and enhance the content calendar.

• Develop campaigns, ongoing content series, and scalable content strategies.

• Analyze performance metrics and identify specific optimization strategies.

• Conduct A/B testing for hooks, thumbnails, titles, and formats.

• Recognize trends early and convert them into high-impact content ideas.

• Collaborate closely with the Video Editor and strategically oversee content production.

• Formulate engagement and community-building strategies.

• Set clear growth objectives and monitor progress towards achieving them.

• Engage in interviews including introductory calls, competency discussions, and founder meetings.

• Proven track record in social media management.

• Preferably, experience within the education, trading, or finance industries.

• Strong emphasis on KPIs, conversion rates, retention, and scaling efforts.

• Strategic insight into the algorithms of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Instagram Insights and YouTube Analytics.

• Capacity to generate viral concepts with well-defined strategic goals.

• Independent, organized, and accountable work ethic.

• Comfortable working without supervision.

• Willingness to collaborate with clients in the German time zone.
