Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee high-quality, engaging, and value-oriented content that aligns with the company’s mission and core values.

• Cultivate and enhance the online community by interacting with followers, addressing inquiries, and promoting meaningful engagement.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and HR to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

• Plan and implement social media campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness and driving audience interaction.

• Keep abreast of social media trends, competitor movements, and industry insights to refine content strategy.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate success and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Work alongside the marketing team to synchronize online and offline branding efforts.

• Create content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media channels.

• Generate captivating photos, videos, and various social media materials.

• Design and execute brand positioning strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in social media management and community engagement.

• Comprehensive knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

• Exceptional storytelling and content creation abilities.

• Background in paid social media advertising and audience targeting.

• Proficiency in content management systems and social media analytics tools.

• Strong project management capabilities and the capacity to work independently.

• Experience in the US market.

• Fluent in English.

• Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian is an advantage.

• Experience in the B2B sector.
