This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across the enterprise that align with the organization's objectives.
• Create campaigns aimed at boosting brand visibility, enhancing audience interaction, and making a positive community impact.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all social media platforms.
• Oversee the creation and execution of the editorial calendar.
• Collaborate with facility leaders, community relations teams, and marketing partners to uncover engaging stories.
• Generate content that showcases patient achievements, team member contributions, clinical expertise, community collaborations, and organizational growth.
• Develop content focused on healthcare awareness initiatives, industry developments, recognition events, and company milestones.
• Monitor and engage with comments and messages from the audience.
• Encourage meaningful online discussions and interactions.
• Establish partnerships with influencers, advocates, and industry stakeholders.
• Define and monitor social media performance metrics.
• Analyze campaign outcomes and audience insights.
• Offer data-driven suggestions for ongoing enhancement.
• Evaluate engagement, follower increases, reach, and campaign success through comprehensive reporting and dashboards.
• Enhance visibility and interaction for Pinnacle leadership's social media accounts.
• Formulate content strategies that amplify executive thought leadership and the organization’s influence.
• Assist in initiatives that bolster Pinnacle's reputation and digital presence.
• A minimum of 3 years in social media management with a demonstrated history of successful campaigns.
• Experience in managing multiple social media platforms concurrently.
• Strong grasp of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
• Outstanding communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in creating content calendars and assessing campaign performance.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience in social media management.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or mission-driven brands is preferred.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting executive engagement on social media and thought leadership initiatives.
