Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, design, and disseminate platform-native content, which includes memes, humorous posts, graphics, text threads, and concepts for short-form videos.

• Monitor online trends continuously and produce reactive content within minutes of significant cultural events, gaming developments, or viral memes.

• Assist in defining and implementing a unique, relatable, and community-centric brand voice.

• Interact with creators, competitors, and community members in prominent discussion threads.

• Generate and implement engaging video hooks for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels using CapCut, native tools, or collaborative design methods.

• Work in partnership with Product, Growth, and Influencer teams to transform announcements, feature launches, and creator collaborations into compelling social events.

• Chronically Online: You spend an excessive amount of time on X, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, and Discord, allowing you to identify trends ahead of their peak.

• Elite Internet Copywriting: You possess the ability to craft captivating copy that aligns with the specific platform's format and effectively bypasses the user's "this is an ad" filter.

• The "Creator" Instinct: Demonstrable experience in managing highly engaging social media accounts, whether for an innovative brand, a digital creator, an online community, or your own personal growth initiative.

• Speed over Perfection: You can execute creative ideas in minutes, understanding that a timely posted meme holds far more value than a meticulously crafted one approved weeks later.
