Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance NoGigiddy's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.

• Develop, plan, and share daily content that includes captions, graphics, and short-form videos.

• Interact with the community by replying to comments, direct messages, and mentions while maintaining the brand's voice.

• Stay updated on trends and changes in platform algorithms, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Work in collaboration with the content and design teams on various campaigns and product launches.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, providing reports on a weekly basis.

• Discover and connect with potential influencer and creator partnership opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, whether personal or professional.

• Strong copywriting skills — you craft captions that capture attention and are engaging.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.

• Ability to create basic graphics using Canva or comparable tools.

• Data-driven — you analyze performance to identify successful strategies and amplify them.

• Dependable and consistent — understanding that social media operates continuously without breaks.
