Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance NoGigiddy's social media presence on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.

• Develop, schedule, and post content on a daily basis, encompassing captions, graphics, and short-form videos.

• Interact with the community by addressing comments, direct messages, and mentions while maintaining the brand's voice.

• Keep abreast of trends and changes in platform algorithms, adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with the content and design team on various campaigns and launches.

• Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, providing weekly reports.

• Discover and cultivate influencer and creator partnership opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, either personal or professional.

• Strong copywriting skills — you craft captions that attract attention.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.

• Capable of creating basic graphics using Canva or similar software.

• Data-driven — you analyze what works and focus on successful strategies.

• Dependable and consistent — social media requires continuous engagement.
