Social Media Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand NoGigiddy's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.

• Develop, schedule, and share daily content, which includes captions, graphics, and short-form videos.

• Foster community interaction by addressing comments, direct messages, and mentions using the brand's voice.

• Stay informed about trends and changes in platform algorithms, adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Work in conjunction with the content and design teams on campaigns and launches.

• Monitor key performance indicators, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, providing weekly reports.

• Discover and engage with potential influencer and creator partnerships.

• Enhance NoGigiddy's visibility among gig workers, side hustlers, and individuals seeking income opportunities outside the conventional 9-to-5.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree is required.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, whether personal or professional.

• Strong copywriting skills — your captions capture attention and are engaging.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.

• Ability to create basic graphics using Canva or similar software.

• Data-driven — you analyze performance to identify successful strategies and replicate them.

• Dependable and consistent — understanding that social media requires ongoing attention and effort.
