Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand NoGigiddy's presence on all major social media platforms.

• Develop, schedule, and share daily content, which includes captions, graphics, and short videos.

• Interact with the community by addressing comments, direct messages, and mentions in a brand-consistent manner.

• Keep an eye on trends and changes in platform algorithms, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Work in conjunction with the content and design teams on campaigns and product launches.

• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, providing weekly reports.

• Discover and pursue partnership opportunities with influencers and creators.

• A degree is not required.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, whether personal or professional.

• Strong copywriting skills — you craft captions that engage readers.

• Knowledge of scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or similar applications.

• Ability to create basic graphics using Canva or comparable tools.

• Data-driven — you analyze what works and focus on those strategies.

• Dependable and consistent — social media requires ongoing attention.
