Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand NoGigiddy's presence on all leading social media platforms.

• Develop, organize, and distribute content daily, which includes captions, graphics, and short-form videos.

• Interact with the community by replying to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions in an authentic voice.

• Keep an eye on trends and changes in platform algorithms, modifying strategies as needed.

• Work in conjunction with the content and design teams on various campaigns and launches.

• Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, follower increase, and clicks, providing weekly reports.

• Discover and connect with influencer and creator collaboration opportunities.

• Foster a community of gig workers, side hustlers, and individuals seeking income outside of the conventional 9-to-5 across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts (either personal or professional).

• Excellent copywriting skills — you craft captions that engage readers.

• Familiar with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.

• Capable of creating basic graphics using Canva or similar applications.

• Data-driven — you analyze what works and capitalize on it.

• Dependable and consistent — social media requires continuous engagement.
