Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance NoGigiddy's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.

• Develop, plan, and publish content on a daily basis, including captions, graphics, and short-form videos.

• Interact with the community by replying to comments, direct messages, and mentions while maintaining the brand's voice.

• Stay updated on trends and changes in platform algorithms, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Work in collaboration with the content and design teams on campaigns and product launches.

• Monitor key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, and provide weekly reports.

• Seek out and engage with opportunities for partnerships with influencers and creators.

• A degree is not necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, whether personal or professional.

• Excellent copywriting abilities — you craft captions that captivate readers.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.

• Ability to create basic graphics using Canva or similar software.

• Data-driven mindset — you assess what works and optimize accordingly.

• Dependable and consistent — social media operates continuously, and so should you.
