📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance Melotech's presence on social media platforms.

• Create brand strategies and engaging narratives for various products and brands.

• Initiate social media accounts from scratch on all available platforms.

• Consistently and professionally manage a portfolio of channels and content pieces.

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce daily content that maintains cohesive messaging.

• Guide and mentor content creators.

• Establish efficient workflows and quality assurance protocols.

• Formulate audience growth strategies utilizing engagement metrics and analysis of viral content.

• Foster fan communities through strategic engagement and proactive management.

• Work independently alongside the founder and the team.

• Influence the company's direction and have a direct impact on business success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field from a recognized university.

• Over 3 years of extensive experience in social media management within entertainment, music, or related media sectors.

• Strong proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and optimization techniques specific to each platform.

• Outstanding analytical and creative skills.

• Capability to maintain the authentic voice of the brand while driving growth.

• Experience overseeing a multi-brand social media presence across both established and emerging platforms.

• Self-driven with a genuine enthusiasm for the creator economy, entertainment sector, and social media advancements.

• Ability to excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.

• Diligent, ambitious, and resilient.

• A strong interest in music, video, and social media.
