Social Media Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee fan pages/edit pages for artists on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts.

• Curate trending clips, memes, interviews, livestream highlights, and viral-style content related to artists.

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

• Publish daily updates on artists' social media accounts.

• Generate creative viral marketing concepts, trends, captions, and rollout strategies.

• Track fan engagement and emerging social media trends.

• Foster organic growth of fan communities.

• Transform existing content into various formats.

• Conduct research on pages, creators, and trends within the hip-hop and music cultural landscape.

• Stay informed about influencers who exhibit high engagement rates.

• Execute additional tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and online culture.

• Familiarity with meme pages, fan pages, and strategies for viral social media engagement.

• Proficient in editing short-form content using software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Canva.

• Must be an active undergraduate or graduate student.

• Internship must provide academic credit.

• Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

• Availability for 10–23 hours each week.

• Commitment to a 3–4 month internship term.

• Authentic enthusiasm for connecting artists with their audiences online.

• Solid grasp of music culture, meme culture, social media trends, and strategies for creating viral content.
