• Develop and implement testing strategies across various content formats and hooks, leveraging retention and share metrics to enhance effective elements while eliminating what is ineffective.

• Create sharp, culturally relevant copy, memes, and concepts that resonate with emerging internet trends, platform developments, and fan communities.

• Discover unconventional distribution methods and forge strategic partnerships with creators and online communities to significantly boost outreach.

• Independently identify and propose innovative growth strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully grow a social media account, brand identity, or online community from the ground up.

• In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok mechanics, algorithms, and growth indicators such as retention, hooks, and shareability.

• Exceptional copywriting abilities with a natural, instinctive grasp of internet culture, memes, and humor.

• A highly resourceful and experimental approach.

• Proficient in English with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

• Established connections with digital creators in the entertainment, comics, and humor sectors (strongly preferred).
