📋 Description

• Take charge of daily social media management on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Develop and schedule daily posts, adapt content for various platforms, and enhance engagement and follower count.

• Assist in the launch and expansion of TikTok by utilizing existing training materials.

• Identify and manage influencer partnerships, including collaborations for product content and long-term partnership opportunities.

• Research and enhance the brand's presence on Reddit.

• Oversee the online store, including product listings, keywords, SEO, essential functions, and automations.

• Review AI-generated SEO blog content prior to publication.

• Maintain current marketplace listings and assist in creating new listings using available product information.

• Adapt social media content for various marketplace content channels.

• Handle individual projects such as migrating reviews and finding cost-effective shipping options.

• Coordinate with external vendors on behalf of the founder.

• Offer ad hoc administrative assistance and ensure projects remain on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in social media content creation and copywriting for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Proficient in creating posts and reels, not limited to just scheduling them.

• Experience with Metricool or comparable social media scheduling tools.

• Comfortable using AI SEO/blog tools in a review-and-refine capacity instead of crafting all content from scratch.

• Familiar with major e-commerce marketplaces and seller platforms.

• Highly organized and proactive, skilled in managing multiple one-off projects and vendor communications simultaneously with minimal oversight.

• Experience with influencer marketing/outreach platforms is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Background in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or consumer products, especially within social media, is a considerable asset.
