This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the executive’s LinkedIn channel strategy along with daily management responsibilities.
• Oversee the editorial calendar, publication frequency, content variety, and adherence to platform best practices.
• Create posts, proposed comments, and responses that reflect the executive’s authentic voice.
• Manage social reporting, including monthly performance metrics and analysis at the campaign level.
• Convert social data into actionable content and strategic decisions.
• Monitor influencers, peer executives, analysts, and media commentators.
• Advise on the timing and methods for the executive's engagement with relevant stakeholders.
• Implement a structured approach to social listening.
• Recognize trending discussions, emerging topics, and customer insights.
• Integrate social intelligence into content briefs, angles, and supporting evidence.
• Observe engagement and pertinent conversations.
• Spot high-value engagement opportunities and provide regular insights.
• Act as the final quality checkpoint for voice consistency, platform suitability, and production standards.
• Offer editorial guidance and feedback on the work produced by Designers and Operators.
• Create enablement briefs and toolkits for internal teams, advocates, and leaders.
• Collaborate with Global Communications and the wider communications team.
• Enhance and manage AI-assisted workflows for drafting, listening, and reporting tasks.
• In-depth understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm behavior, content types, engagement mechanics, and audience development strategies.
• Proficient in X and YouTube.
• Extensive experience in community management.
• Proven ability to write in an executive’s voice.
• Strong background in social reporting and metric selection.
• Established practice in social listening.
• Experience in tracking influencers, analysts, and peer executives.
• Strong editorial judgment regarding strategic value, voice consistency, and platform appropriateness.
• Competence in data analysis and familiarity with LinkedIn analytics.
• Proficient with and interested in AI tools.
• Experience in constructing AI-assisted content workflows.
• Background in supporting C-suite executives or working in executive communications.
• Knowledge of AI, enterprise technology, or B2B tech is advantageous.
