Social Media Assistant – Facebook & Instagram Ads, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Develop marketing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.

• Input and modify advertisements for Meta/Facebook/Instagram within Meta Business Manager.

• Set up customers in BVS and forge the necessary connections for applicant referrals.

• Oversee recruitment campaigns in alignment with the established system, collaborating closely with the Project Manager.

• Create campaign designs in Canva for holiday coverage.

• Craft compelling copy for new marketing initiatives.

• Transform templates into captivating advertisements and visuals.

• Provide regular updates on progress during internal online meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on, extensive experience with Meta advertising in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).

• Proficiency in creating, editing, and tracking advertisements.

• Strong computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office).

• An open-minded attitude with an eagerness to explore new ideas, programs, and tools.

• A self-reliant, meticulous, and organized work approach.

• Capability to prioritize tasks that may arise unexpectedly.

• Excellent self-management and adaptable time management skills.

• Provide regular updates on progress during internal online meetings.

• Willingness to adhere to established templates, processes, and systems.

• Must reside in Austria; digital nomads are not considered.

• Availability of 25–30 hours per week.
