Social Media and Video Marketing Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit still images and prepare them for distribution across approved social media platforms.

• Oversee the video workflow from inception to completion, including downloading and organizing raw files from Google Drive and importing them into editing software.

• Transform raw footage into refined short-form and long-form videos featuring clean cuts, audio enhancements, captions, branded graphics, and informative graphics or callouts.

• Publish completed videos to the designated YouTube channel with approved titles, descriptions, thumbnails, chapters, end screens, audience settings, and schedules.

• Create professional video thumbnails that align with the approved brand kit.

• Format, schedule, and publish approved social media content across various channels.

• Prepare and execute Mailchimp campaigns utilizing approved content, templates, and messaging.

• Monitor content status and conduct reviews for spelling, formatting, brand consistency, and technical quality prior to publication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust portfolio demonstrating clean, high-quality graphic design work, social media assets, or presentation materials.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Capability to work securely via a virtual private network (VPN).

• Practical experience with Google Drive, Canva, and a proficient video editing software such as CapCut, Descript, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro, including adding captions and informative graphics.

• Experience publishing through YouTube Studio and sharing content on major social platforms.

• Familiarity with Mailchimp.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and follow-through capability.

• Ability to work independently and meet recurring deadlines.

• Commitment to a 40-hour work week.

• Flexibility to work within U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday.

• Capacity to maintain a distraction-free home office environment.

• Ownership of a laptop or desktop meeting minimum specifications: 16GB RAM, i7 operating system.

• Dual monitor setup is a plus.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 MBPS).
