This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collect and evaluate social media and review data from various sources.
• Recognize recurring patterns, sentiment trends, and underlying causes of negative sentiment drivers.
• Assess the financial ramifications of adverse social media comments and reviews, including lost sales, returns, and customer attrition.
• Work in conjunction with Finance and Product teams to estimate remediation expenses and potential ROI for improvement initiatives.
• Model the effects of brand perception and app/retail review ratings on POS performance and subscription renewals.
• Identify, document, and present project proposals aimed at enhancing customer experience across social and review platforms.
• Suggest targeted investments, such as product improvements, packaging modifications, and service upgrades.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to prioritize initiatives based on their impact and feasibility.
• Provide direct responses to customers on social channels as overflow support for the social media response team.
• Integrate feedback and performance insights into future social media interactions.
• Develop and present social media dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.
• Create additional dashboards and executive-level presentations.
• Monitor initiative progress and its effects on sentiment, review scores, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in social media management, customer experience, and product insights.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong familiarity with enterprise social media platforms such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Brandwatch.
• Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce, retail, and customer feedback ecosystems.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, prioritization, status reporting, and timely delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling narratives that influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with vendors or third-party partners to achieve performance objectives.
• Familiarity with NLP techniques for sentiment and text analysis (preferred).
• Knowledge of review platforms and scraping tools (preferred).
• Background in financial modeling or ROI analysis (preferred).
