Social Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee community engagement across active channels in global markets (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)

• Collect content and community insights, and compile reports for internal teams

• Create the content calendar for Melissa’s official accounts in international markets

• Compose all content for official channels targeting international markets, including copy, responses, and other text-based materials

• Assist in executing influencer marketing strategies in international markets

• Act as the primary point of contact with internal teams to ensure that all international communication priorities are incorporated into social media content

• Identify business opportunities and requirements to incorporate them into digital content creation

• Contribute to the strategic formulation of communication pathways for international projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proficient in advanced English
