Social Content Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee ASI’s organic and paid visibility across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Establish the distinct voice, objectives, and strategies for each channel.

• Manage the editorial calendar effectively.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, communications staff, and video producers to develop content tailored to each platform.

• Administer paid campaigns, including budgets, targeting, and testing procedures.

• Evaluate outcomes in relation to pipeline, recruiting, and customer trust objectives.

• Highlight narratives derived from technical endeavors.

• Enhance leadership presence through ghostwriting, coaching, and amplification efforts.

• Work alongside communications, legal, and customer stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and safeguard confidential information.

• Assist in quickly addressing emerging issues.

• Proficient hands-on experience with X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, encompassing both organic and paid content.

• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.

• Technical curiosity to engage credibly with engineers and articulate complex concepts clearly and accurately.

• Strong judgment in environments that are highly scrutinized and regulated.

• Productive collaboration with legal and compliance reviewers.

• Proven track record of expanding relevant audiences for technical, B2B, or mission-oriented organizations.

• Experience in defense, aerospace, energy, government, or public affairs is highly advantageous.

• Capability to secure all necessary authorizations for the responsibilities outlined.

• Must be a resident of the U.S.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must meet U.S. export-control eligibility criteria, including requirements for protected individuals.
