Social Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Capture video content independently or in collaboration with Pitchers, clients, experts, and partners, both remotely and on-site.

• Edit social media videos and create shorter versions of longer content for promotional use.

• Write short-form content and develop social media posts using SproutSocial for distribution.

• Participate in marketing events and gatherings to record brief content and soundbites.

• Explore various content and video formats, as well as social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Facilitate leadership marketing on social media by ghostwriting or assisting leaders in producing their own content.

• Work alongside marketing colleagues to share product updates, launches, and campaign highlights.

• Manage Pitch’s social media channels and partner with external entities to disseminate content.

• Conduct interviews with experts and clients and capture video at live events.

• Enthusiastic social content creator, likely possessing a personal following.

• Proven experience in enhancing brand social profiles across various channels simultaneously.

• Engaging and articulate communicator, ready to represent Pitch’s social content.

• Understanding of effective strategies for different channels, including the distinctions between TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

• Dynamic self-starter keen to experiment with diverse formats and explore new content concepts.

• Strong copywriting and video editing abilities.

• Familiarity with tools like Riverside, SproutSocial, or comparable platforms.

• Background in content marketing and/or social media management, specifically in producing video content for a rapidly growing company.

• Friendly and dependable team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and external partners.
