Content Producer – Business Skills

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on business and professional skills topics utilizing credible sources to create focused, learner-centered microlearning content.

• Craft concise and engaging video scripts that align with established learning objectives and instructional outcomes.

• Design relatable workplace scenarios, hooks, narratives, and examples that illustrate skills through practical application.

• Convert approved scripts into production-ready storyboards and on-screen text.

• Leverage generative AI and content-production tools to aid in research, ideation, scripting, and production workflows while independently ensuring quality and accuracy.

• Collaborate with animation, voice-over, design, subject-matter experts, and quality assurance teams to transition content from script to final video.

• Evaluate animatics, voice-over, animation, graphics, and video versions for instructional accuracy, visual clarity, continuity, and adherence to the approved script.

• Develop supporting learning materials, including quizzes, visual summaries, landing-page content, and video metadata.

• Oversee multiple lessons throughout various production stages, ensuring consistent quality, tone, terminology, and learner experience across the course.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Business/Media, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in instructional content creation, learning design, scriptwriting, educational media, corporate training, or video content production.

• Exceptional writing, editing, research, and storytelling abilities, with a strong command of American English.

• Proven capacity to distill complex concepts into concise, practical, and engaging learning content.

• Solid understanding of learning objectives, microlearning principles, scenario-based learning, and assessment design.

• Ability to visualize concepts and translate scripts into clear storyboards and production instructions.

• Proficient in using generative AI tools for content development, ideation, research assistance, and visual/storyboard creation, paired with strong independent editorial judgment.

• Strong attention to detail, effective feedback management, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to oversee content through multiple production stages.

• A portfolio showcasing instructional scripts, microlearning, educational videos, storyboards, or similar learning content is highly preferred.
