Social and CSR Auditor – CERTFIFI2, APSCA, CSCA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Execute social audits as part of initiatives such as RJC, ICS, SEDEX, and other specific client audit protocols.

• Perform CSR audits adhering to various standards and labels, including LEAD, ISO 20121, and PME+.

• Develop, implement, and oversee operating procedures associated with social and CSR audit standards.

• Serve as the technical expert for designated products.

• Engage in training and provide support to auditors to help them understand and apply relevant standards.

• Travel across France for audit assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• CSCA / APSCA certification (or equivalent APSCA Auditor) is mandatory.

• CERTFIFI2 certification is highly preferred — or a commitment to obtain it promptly.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting social audits (ICS, SMETA, RJC, BSCI, etc.) and/or CSR audits.

• Strong grasp of social compliance, human rights, working conditions, and CSR matters.

• Exceptional analytical, summarization, and communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in diverse environments.

• Proficient in professional English, both spoken and written.
