This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and drive new service opportunities while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to enhance service delivery and effectiveness.
• Ensure that customer applications are designed for scalability and efficiency across customer organizations and Snowflake teams.
• Formulate a quality service strategy tailored to each customer.
• Capture and analyze key metrics, identify upsell opportunities, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Oversee all facets of Snowflake implementations and manage a variety of project and service types.
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure delivery quality for Snowflake engagements.
• Develop, execute, and monitor client relationship roadmaps.
• Manage critical client projects, keeping stakeholders informed about status updates, issues, risks, goals, and objectives.
• Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and standards within the practice.
• Leverage industry knowledge to enhance configuration strategies and delivery methods.
• Support sales initiatives through project scoping, estimation, proposal preparation, and delivery updates.
• Collaborate with customers, system integrators, and technology vendors on project pursuits and progress.
• Address customer-specific challenges and take ownership of escalations and high-profile situations.
• Work alongside Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to refine Snowflake products and marketing strategies.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for both clients and Snowflake.
• 8–11 years of experience in a Services Delivery role or a similar position.
• Experience managing complex, technical implementation projects.
• Proven track record of achieving Professional Services revenue targets for assigned accounts.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliverables concurrently.
• Direct experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and/or cloud technologies.
• Experience in the public sector (PubSec).
• Strong ability to effectively communicate and translate ideas across design, engineering, marketing, advertising, and business development teams.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient in articulating concepts to both business and technical audiences, including senior executives in large enterprises.
• Ideally, a permanent US resident, preferably a US citizen capable of passing a fingerprint background check.
• Bonus: experience in a client support and advisory technical role, such as a solution architect, system administrator, or technical account manager.
