This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert sales commitments into actionable launch strategies with established timelines and sequences.
• Perform site evaluations and verify readiness prior to equipment relocations.
• Oversee the procurement of equipment, staging of inventory, and third-party logistics in active markets.
• Develop and sustain installation and maintenance vendor networks in each operational metro area.
• Set up systems, integrations, and device configurations prior to go-live.
• Ensure that warehouse and storage capacities scale in advance of deployment volumes.
• Manage the master launch calendar for both active and upcoming locations.
• Monitor launch performance metrics, including on-time rates, budget adherence, and escalation frequencies.
• Take ownership of the onsite launch experience from day one.
• Facilitate user onboarding and adoption within the initial 30 days.
• Track early engagement and implement re-engagement strategies as necessary.
• Maintain feedback loops from the field for menu, operational, and product insights.
• Map customer journeys by vertical and refine the launch model accordingly.
• Own and enhance the national launch playbook.
• Lead the deployment, testing, sequencing, and fleet-wide rollout of Computer Vision hardware and software.
• Head the physical installation and operations integration of Shelf Pusher & Branding V2.
• Coordinate updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure smooth operational transitions.
• Enforce disciplined launch sequencing in collaboration with Sales.
• Enhance 3PL readiness and market infrastructure alongside Logistics.
• Drive system configuration, conduct integration testing, and resolve launch-blocking issues with Tech.
• Collaborate with Finance on capital expenditure tracking, purchase order approvals, and cost visibility.
• 6-10 years of experience in operations, field services, retail expansion, or consumer-facing launch activities.
• Must possess a hands-on approach; comfortable executing tasks personally rather than solely directing others.
• Demonstrated success in managing simultaneous hardware or physical infrastructure rollouts across multiple locations.
• Experience in scaling operational functions into repeatable and autonomous systems.
• Strong financial acumen: responsible for budget management, cost-per-unit tracking, and capital expenditure oversight.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity; favors action over analysis paralysis.
• Capable of driving alignment among Sales, Tech, Logistics, and Finance without formal authority.
• Willing to travel for launch supervision, market development, and field evaluations.
• Experience in creating operational playbooks from the ground up.
• Preferred background in food, hospitality, retail, or workplace experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
