This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond promptly to qualified inbound leads, utilizing a multi-touch strategy within the first hour (including calls, emails, and calendar links) to optimize conversion rates.

• Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial prospecting to contract finalization—to meet and surpass CPI’s sales and revenue objectives.

• Act as the primary representative of CPI for current and potential clients.

• Identify, engage, and convert new opportunities strategically through focused account-based methods.

• Present compelling, solution-focused presentations that cater to customer needs and highlight CPI’s distinctive value proposition.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, utilizing CRM and sales tools for precise activity tracking and forecasting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer care, to ensure smooth customer experiences and successful implementation of solutions.

• Provide leadership with actionable insights on industry trends, competitive activities, and client feedback to aid in strategic planning.

• Report sales performance, customer interactions, and pipeline advancements to leadership.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to maintain CPI’s competitive edge.

• Act as a team expert in a specific area, providing resources or professional development to colleagues while offering guidance and support.

• Execute other duties related to the position as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• At least one year of experience in business development, full-cycle sales, or sales development.

• Familiarity with inbound response and targeted prospecting techniques.

• Understanding of sales pipeline metrics and the ability to adjust activities to meet sales goals.

• Proven expertise in contract negotiation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM platforms, sequencing/engagement tools (such as SalesLoft), and virtual meeting platforms.

• Strong customer focus, both internally and externally.

• Excellent skills in discovery, objection handling, and closing deals.

• Intellectually curious with outstanding problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a multi-functional team.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accountability for results.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• High resilience and the capacity to cope with frequent rejection while maintaining a positive outlook.
