This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
β’ Provide engaging and high-quality speech and language instruction via Teletherapy (Telespeech).
β’ Assess students' speech and language proficiency and convert findings into clear, actionable objectives.
β’ Create and implement customized treatment plans aligned with each student's IEP.
β’ Maintain documentation of sessions and monitor progress towards IEP goals in accordance with district requirements.
β’ Collaborate with school-based personnel, including teachers, case managers, and administrators, to ensure alignment on student progress.
β’ Adhere to the school district's calendar.
β’ Fulfill assignments for the 2026β27 academic year.
β’ Must possess an active SLP license issued by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), and a valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB), or be willing to seek reciprocity.
β’ Must maintain good standing with no disciplinary actions on any held license.
β’ Previous experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP environment.
β’ Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup including a webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private/distraction-free workspace.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States.
β’ Flexible hours based on the opportunity.
β’ Negotiable hourly rate contingent on experience and placement.
β’ Completely remote work arrangement.
