SLP, Speech Language Pathologist – K-12 Schools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide captivating and high-quality speech and language instruction via teletherapy (telespeech).

• Assess students' speech and language abilities and convert findings into specific, actionable objectives.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans designed to meet each student’s IEP.

• Record sessions and monitor progress toward IEP goals with the thoroughness required by districts.

• Collaborate with school personnel, including teachers, case managers, and administrators to ensure alignment on student advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current SLP license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and a valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB), or be willing to seek reciprocity.

• Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any licenses held.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery within a school/IEP setting.

• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private/distraction-free workspace.

• Comfortable collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
