This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Deliver tailored coaching, constructive feedback, and motivation to a group of adult learners.
β’ Develop personalized learning plans that link on-the-job and off-the-job experiences, involving line managers.
β’ Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching sessions lasting a minimum of 30 minutes.
β’ Perform tripartite progress evaluations with learners and line managers every 6β8 weeks.
β’ Create and present subject-specific educational materials, group workshops, and webinars.
β’ Monitor progress, establish SMART goals, and prepare learners for their end-point assessment.
β’ Identify learners who may be at risk of falling behind or disengaging and agree on customized interventions.
β’ Assist learners returning from breaks in their studies as well as those experiencing delays in completion.
β’ Keep precise records of learner interactions on the same day they occur.
β’ Oversee off-the-job learning requirements and ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.
β’ Refer learners for functional skills assistance when necessary.
β’ Participate in standardization meetings and work collaboratively with curriculum colleagues.
β’ Report to the Apprenticeships Manager within the Operations team.
β’ Proven experience in delivering training, teaching, or structured learning in corporate responsibility and sustainability.
β’ Demonstrated ability to support learners in applying their learning practically.
β’ Relevant qualification at Level 4 or higher in Sustainability or a closely related discipline.
β’ Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of corporate responsibility and sustainability, including stakeholder engagement, social and environmental impact, and responsible business practices.
β’ Capability to plan individualized learning, provide constructive feedback, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records while managing a caseload of learners.
β’ Minimum qualifications of GCSE grades A*βC in English and Mathematics, or grades 9β4 under the current grading system.
β’ Experience in delivering the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Level 4 apprenticeship is preferred.
β’ Strong theoretical and practical understanding of leadership principles is advantageous.
β’ Experience in coaching or mentoring senior management professionals is an asset.
β’ Teaching qualification, relevant professional body membership, or certifications in learning, assessment, or internal verification are preferable.
β’ Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.
β’ Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom, along with references and DBS checks where applicable.
