
Site Technician β Fly-In Fly-Out Rotation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Safely and efficiently diagnose, repair, and/or assemble Caterpillar mining and earthmoving machinery.
β’ Utilize Caterpillar testing equipment to identify mechanical issues.
β’ Repair and/or assemble both allied and competitive Caterpillar earthmoving equipment within set timelines and quality benchmarks.
β’ Generate precise service reports and documentation.
β’ Engage in safe, environmentally responsible, and healthy work practices.
β’ Function as a collaborative member of the onsite mechanical team.
β’ Foster positive customer relationships.
β’ Adhere to company and client health and safety protocols.
β’ Work in rotational Fly-In Fly-Out roles at mine sites throughout the country.
β’ Post-secondary education in heavy equipment mechanics or heavy engine mechanics.
β’ A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Technician in the repair and servicing of heavy construction and/or mining equipment.
β’ Provincial trade license (Canadian Red Seal).
β’ Underground common core certification is an asset.
β’ Capability to safely and effectively diagnose, repair, and/or assemble Caterpillar mining and earthmoving machinery.
β’ Proficiency in preparing accurate service reports and documentation.
β’ Ability to comply with company and customer health and safety protocols.
β’ This is a non-unionized position.
