Site Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the quality control program.

• Participate in project pre-construction meetings to review the QMS Program and discuss Lessons Learned with subcontractors and manufacturers.

• Provide training to team members on the quality control program and assist in resolving any queries.

• Establish projects in the quality program database and aid in its maintenance.

• Support the implementation and auditing of the quality program.

• Regularly monitor the organization’s overall quality program to ensure effective oversight.

• Gather quality control data for marketing, training, and the enhancement of best practices.

• Conduct inspections and audits at job sites, reporting findings to the Project Team and Leadership.

• Assess installations for adherence to compliance and coordination with contract documents.

• Integrate warranty callback checklist items into the QMS System in collaboration with the Service Team Manager.

• Examine products, materials, and equipment upon arrival at job sites to ensure compliance with contract documents and approved submittals.

• Verify that manufacturer, fabricator, and installer qualifications are up-to-date and relevant.

• Coordinate work sampling, testing, and analysis to prevent project delays.

• Maintain job site test and inspection plans and logs, including any alterations to work or design criteria.

• Develop and sustain approved Project Specific Quality Control Plans.

• Indirectly oversee subcontractors and hold authority over overall project quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, along with a minimum of five years of construction experience, or at least seven years of related construction experience with increasing responsibility in lieu of a degree.

• Experience in the light/heavy industrial sector is highly preferred.

• Outstanding leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 100% of the time.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Must be able to reside anywhere in the USA and travel to project sites.

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands or arms, and communicate effectively.

• Capability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Close vision is required.

• Overtime may be necessary.
