
Site Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
β’ Support the Project and Site Manager as well as the Technical Supervisor in addressing construction challenges.
β’ Organize site meetings, establish agendas, and document meeting minutes.
β’ Review schedules, procedures, and safety documentation prepared by the Subcontractor.
β’ Establish the project safety standards and develop productivity monitoring procedures to ensure continuous quality improvement.
β’ Coordinate with the Owner and Government officials regarding project matters.
β’ Provide expertise on local practices and the installation of heavy equipment.
β’ Engage with Trade Labor Union representatives both on-site and off-site.
β’ A valid CA Class B General Contractors License or a Class C-61/D-34 Specialty Contractors License (Prefabricated Equipment Contractor) is required.
β’ A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is required.
β’ 2-5 years of experience managing construction site activities.
β’ Familiarity with local practices and methods.
β’ Understanding of heavy equipment installation.
β’ Proficient in the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
