This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Establish, manage, and finalize project files and study information, including KPIs, regulatory documents, TMF, enrollment, AEs/SAEs, protocol deviations, site supplies, IRB re-approvals, and data queries.
• Manage and disseminate study-specific and financial reports, encompassing vendor/site invoices, investigator payments, grants, pass-through payments, and forecasts.
• Facilitate both internal and external meetings as directed by the Project Lead.
• Prepare and circulate meeting minutes and action items, ensuring follow-up with team members until closure.
• Document KPI status within assigned systems, with input and oversight from the Project Lead.
• Evaluate and communicate KPIs along with suggested action plans.
• Generate and deliver customer status reports under the guidance of the Project Lead.
• Ensure study documents are archived in compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.
• Act as the project representative during internal and external audits when required.
• Assist in quality assurance activities, audit preparation, internal reviews, documentation, and resolution of actionable issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers when the Project Lead is unavailable, seeking input from the Project Director.
• Mentor and train Project Specialists as needed.
• Extensive experience and expertise in clinical solutions/drug development are desired, although no minimum years of experience are specified.
• Proficient in establishing, managing, and closing project files and study information within databases and systems.
• Capable of maintaining and distributing study-specific and financial reports, including vendor/site invoices, investigator payments, and forecasts.
• Skilled in documenting and evaluating KPIs and preparing status reports for customers.
• Familiarity with study document archiving guidelines and policies.
• Competent in supporting quality assurance activities, audits, and internal reviews.
• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may be considered.
