Site Payment Specialist – Project Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement payments associated with clinical trials in alignment with contracts, regulatory standards, and internal protocols.

• Handle payment requests and ensure precise record-keeping in specified systems.

• Generate and oversee purchase orders and supplier documentation.

• Monitor payment progress, address any issues, and guarantee prompt execution of payments.

• Assist in process enhancements and initiatives aimed at optimizing payments.

• Engage with study sites and internal parties concerning payment activities and questions.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote efficient financial operations.

• Serve as a resource for payment-related inquiries and provide expertise in the subject matter.

• Maintain adherence to relevant regulations, quality benchmarks, and internal guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Life Sciences, or a comparable field.

• Background in clinical research, pharmaceutical or biotech industries, financial operations, or a similar setting.

• Approximately 1 year of experience in a related role.

• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may be taken into account.
