This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Coordinate the activities and team members across various studies.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective management of site payment setup and payments.
• Oversee payments for designated studies.
• Manage the setup and modifications of payments in the investigator payment system in accordance with budget templates.
• Assist in project planning and decision-making processes.
• Provide proactive support for projects and assigned tasks.
• Act as the accountable lead and main point of contact for queries related to Site Payment Services.
• Work closely with Project Leadership, Global Site Contracts, eClinical Business Implementation, Global Clinical Operations, and Site Payment Services teams.
• Represent Investigator Payment in meetings regarding study start-up and payment strategy.
• Lead and conduct audits and inspections.
• Perform administrative tasks including timesheets, metrics, and expense reports.
• Gather and analyze information from teams, systems, and tools.
• Analyze and present data to stakeholders effectively.
• Train members of the Site Payment Services team.
• Identify and implement efficiencies in processes.
• Manage the complete cycle of site payments.
• Monitor and communicate the status of site payments and any issues that arise.
• Authorize study setups prior to the commencement of payments.
• Resolve escalated second-line helpdesk issues.
• Assist in compiling project status reports.
• Ensure proper funding is secured before processing payments.
• Participate in Project Strategy Meetings and contribute to payment strategy planning.
• Ensure adherence to contractual timelines for investigator payments.
• Address and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Provide payment reports to clients.
• Preferred 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Research Organization; Business; Finance/Accounting; or other relevant fields.
• Experience in supporting Clinical Site Payments.
• Advanced to excellent English proficiency for non-native speakers.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Capability to make decisions and advise staff in ambiguous situations.
• Skills in root cause analysis and process development.
• Strong customer focus and professional interaction capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple diverse tasks and prioritize workload with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel for spreadsheet analysis.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to operate within a decentralized matrix environment.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of the CRO industry and Investigator Payments.
• Familiarity with clinical trial pricing and budgeting tools.
• Thorough understanding of Parexel SOPs, Operational Guidelines, and Work Instructions.
• In-depth knowledge of site payment setup and payment processes, including contract analysis.
