This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily operations across various accounts, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance regulations.

• Recruit, train, and organize employee schedules.

• Oversee contracts, budgets, payroll, performance assessments, recruitment, and employee retention.

• Uphold internal policies and procedures.

• Cultivate a collaborative work atmosphere and lead front-line teams.

• Collaborate with leadership to surpass contractual commitments.

• Improve customer service by reviewing and enforcing policies and protocols.

• Manage budgets and enhance resource allocation.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, staff, and business units.

• Work alongside Medical Client Leads to address client-driven concerns.

• Organize and lead regular client meetings and reviews.

• Refine presentations and tackle personnel and service challenges.

• Assist in timely client invoicing by supplying necessary information.

• Implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.

• Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract and select candidates.

• Collaborate with HR to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient scheduling.

• Mentor and guide team members.

• Address employee issues and mediate conflicts.

• Conduct regular meetings with team leaders and front-line staff.

• Inspire and motivate employees through outstanding leadership.

• Work with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

• Utilize analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle operational challenges.

• Engage in occasional on-camera appearances for the remote role.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of direct experience in employee management.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare is preferred.

• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

• Strong financial acumen.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.

• Availability to work during EST/CST hours.

• Willingness to participate in occasional on-camera appearances.

• Must be reachable for phone and video communications.
